She had a selenite
soul; tinged with
rings of diamonds.
Her emerald streams
ran deep; agate caves
carved drawings on
her marrow.

Her bones rattled
with ruby rocks;
her heart sealed with
larimar locks;
love was the key
that opened.

She hummed with
hymns of obsidian
blue; calcite crystals
her shards of truth,
turquoise waves
graced her face-

And everywhere
she stepped in holy:
the stones sang her
to light.
